With my job as human resources manager, my goal is to develop and implement future-oriented personnel management tools that promote the implementation of the corporate strategy and make a lasting contribution to the financial success of the company. At the center of my efforts is the PAMO concept; namely, the sustained increase in the performance of the workforce (performance) based on a level of employee qualification (Ability), the application of performance-oriented incentive and contemporary management systems (motivation) as well as work processes and environment in which employees have the opportunity to develop and to use their skills in a result-oriented manner (opportunity).

Eight years of international work experience with disciplinary and budgetary responsibilities as HR Manager in the German Forces, five years as entrepreneur, four years as Head of HR Management and Compensation & Benefits Specialist Automotive Industry, a MSc degree Human Resources completed at the University of Southampton (UK) definite my dedication for a career as HR Director.
