Arthur Seidl is heading the Business Process Optimization team of HR Shared Services of Deutsche Post DHL, the world's largest logistics service provider, since 2014. His focus lies on digitalization, automation and process optimization.

In addition he is also responsible for further development of the SSC strategy and acquisition & migration of new business. In 2014, he won the 'DPDHL CEO Award in Gold' and in 2016 the ‘SSON Process Excellence Award'. He also works as a trainer in the areas of project management, storylining and presentation creation.

Previously, Mr Seidl has headed a similar team in the Finance Shared Services area of DPDHL for 4 years and has worked 8 years at DHL Consulting, the Group's internal top management consultancy. During this time, he has led a number of projects in strategy development, process optimization and supply chain optimization and helped establish the DHLC regional office in Singapore.
