After study of business economy Doris Ballmann worked for international companies (Banking, Touristic, Consulting) and focused on Finance linked to IT and projects. Sind 2014 she works for Heraeus Holding GmbH in Hanau which is a family owned technology group. Doris Ballmann is responsible for SSC Governance and drives currently also process improvements in Greater China.
She is a member of the Shared Service Center Rountable in Germany and sub-initiated in this community the SSC Controlling and Robotics task force.
