Jan is working for over 10 years at Bayer in different roles within the HR and IT area. Besides being a tech-enthusiast, he believes that the digital transformation must be all about people. Consequently, he is a true believer in peoples’ potential and made it his mission to lead people and organizations through times of change. His mission is creating a digital future. He is now leading a team of IT professionals to enable a broad variety of HR-IT solutions. Besides being the responsible for various IT implementation projects from SuccessFactors Employee Central to a new document management system, he is the co-lead of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program for HR.

Its portfolio comprises the development, implementation and management of IT-based solutions and end-to-end processes as well as in-house management consulting. Business Services devises innovative solutions with a clear user focus and helps shape organizational, technological and operational changes within the Group.
