Dr. Jens H. Erasmus studied industrial engineering and earned his doctorate degree in the field of ‘Globalized Value Chains in the Automotive Industry’. After his studies he worked in the public sector in the areas of controlling and IT. As the responsible project manager, he accompanied a major IT outsourcing project. From this position, he moved to strategy consulting and joined the HELLA Group in 2013. There he has held several positions in project management and was responsible to implement Business Process Management for all production sites worldwide. As the globally responsible head of "Process and Project Portfolio Management" of the HELLA Group, it is his responsibility to establish an effective business process management to support HELLA’s global growth path. Together with an international BPM team he ensures that the relevant standardization requirements are applied at all ~100 locations.  He also teaches Project Management at the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund.
