Started my career as an audit professional in largest Russian bank (Sberbank), created a small start-up focused on strategy & sales, worked for over 2 years for top consultancies (EY & KPMG) in Strategy & Operational Excellence department, currently leading Cognitive Automation in Raiffeisenbank Russia, am a part of international efficiency management team. As part of my job my main focus is RPA CoE scaling, also am involved in various innovative projects locally and internationally (new tech like IVR, OCR, AI-based solutions and etc.). The industries I worked with over the span of my 7-year career include entertainment sector, mining (coal, diamonds, gold), heavy manufacturing and financial services which says a lot about my ability to switch between completely different industries projects and skill sets.
The Pop in Your Job
What moves me in my job is that I am (almost) completely free in what I do and I am flexible with ideas that I’d like to implement in my company. I can always bring something new to the board and test ideas/solutions for business impact. Being able to openly discuss & work on different new technologies and potential use cases in today’s world is an amazing opportunity that very few have.
