Mika Kuusela is currently leading the customer oriented efficiency development at OP, Finland’s largest financial group, implementing a comprehensive set of tools all the way from process redesigning to robotics while doing it with a lean-mindset. In this context, he is responsible for the "What?" in building enterprise agile model and capabilities in customer service and back-office functions as a part of one of the most ambitious renewal programs currently happening in Europe.

Mika Kuusela has a diverse experience from financial services including e.g. retail banking, wealth management and insurance. He has been with the OP Financial Group since 2011, working in different positions, including controlling, process development, and finally process automation.
