During the past 14 years, I have worked with the operation in several service organizations. I am specialized in developing the operation and increasing productivity with a full customer focus.

My job as a senior process excellence consultant are now focused around 3 main areas:
1. RPA (Robot Process automation) in Copenhagen airport – Responsible for strategic and operational implementation.
2. Finance process mapping, development and optimization.
3. Management support with in operational and Service excellence.

Copenhagen Airport is Denmark’s largest workplace on one single location. We have 23.000 employees distributed over more than 700 different companies on our 12 km2 – servicing nearly 30M passengers traveling through the airport annually. With direct routes to 165 destinations and 76 different airline companies in our route network, Copenhagen Airport is the greatest air traffic hub of Northern Europe. Roskilde Airport (RKE) is also under our management – covering approx. 25 companies & 300 employees. RKE is an effective airport for private-, business- and training flights for students. As a manager of the infrastructure, Copenhagen Airports A/S has a unique responsibility for creating great travel experiences for passengers, airline companies, business partners and shopkeepers. THE FUTURE AIRPORT The airport is currently under a massive expansion striving to welcome 40M passengers a year. We’re investing close to 20 billion DKK in the expansion, while constantly adapting to the needs arising concurrently with the passenger growth. E.g. the Security is doubling in size, the terminals are undergoing constructions to create a better flow – and a greater selection of shops & eateries. We’re also creating more space for aircrafts and luggage handling. When the airport is expanded to welcome 40M passengers, it will provide a base for approx. 9.000 stable jobs within the airport.
