Within Siemens’ Project Business Consulting I am responsible for Risk & Opportunity Management activities, especially in big solution projects. To improve proposal processes I am driving implementation of tender screening method throughout company. Before dealing with project risk management I was working for 10+ years in the field of Functional Safety with focus on railway signaling and rolling stock.
