After graduating in business and IT Sven started his career in Controlling departments of different stock listed telecommunication companies. He successfully implemented planning platforms with a high focus on integration, optimization and automation of Controlling processes.
He joined ECE in 2011. Heading the Business Performance & Risk Management Department he successfully transformed the Group Controlling Environment from heterogeneous data hubs into a cascading decision support business partner function. He was in charge for various large-scaled digitization projects with Controlling involvement (e.g. BI, CPM, ERP). Since September 2018 he was assigned as Senior Manager Digital Transformation & Innovation Finance to structure the ECE's group strategy on Digital Finance of Backoffice Processes to realize a Realtime Finance Supply Chain for ECEs market activities. He successfully implemented an automation strategy for ECE Finance with a clear focus on employee upskilling, scalability, and decentralized execution and initiated first RPA PoC prototypes.
