Tim has over five years of experience in the Intelligent Process Automation area and has played a key role in devising transformation solutions leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for a large number of industry leaders. His areas of specialization include RPA, automation and sourcing.
In his decade-long career at Capgemini, Tim has played an active part in enhancing various BPO delivery initiatives, driving internal efficiency rollouts and the creation of external-facing automation capabilities at Capgemini. His role involves working in close collaboration with Capgemini’s global network of automation factories, which combine technology and process expertise, to deliver optimal client results.
Tim has over 20 years of experience in the IT technology and IT strategy consulting domain having worked with a number of global technology companies.
