Tom has held various management positions in the Bayer Group for over 12 years, from organizational consultant and administrative manager to head of international mobility. He currently heads a team of Global Process Owners and HR Consultants responsible for governance, design and implementation of Group-wide Total Rewards processes. His personal passion is digitization in conjunction with New Work Mindset. Accordingly, he is also responsible for the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Enabling for HR. His programming skills allow him a simple technological and structured approach and a positive attitude towards hypes.
